Octavian has over 20 years’ experience of working in specialist business research teams, and has a track record of delivering short, medium and long-term projects for multinational commercial clients such as Santander Business Bank, HSBC, Sage, and for central and local government departments and agencies.
He is skilled at working with multiple stakeholders, developing innovative solutions and delivering projects according to set deadlines.
Octavian has a first class degree in education and was a recent prize winner on the Swansea University MSc Management programme.
